Mervyn’s playground

It is no secret to us all that Sri Lanka proudly holds the award for having the stupidest and by far the most outrageous politicians in the whole damned world. Mervyn Silva just tops the the list with no competition at all..It’s just hard for the rest of the clan to keep up with his tactics I guess..

After his dumb act @ the Rupavahini Corporation a few months back where he tasted what he rightfully deserved, things still didn’t settle down. Too bad his jackass of a son didn’t get the same treatment. Tormenting journalists & others who weren’t afraid of speaking out the truth and who were actively involved in the incident was his next project and to this very day Mervyn just plays his role smoothly as ever.

Mr. President and his frikin crew however remains silent with no action taken over the happenings involving this filthy parliamentarian. Sometimes I just wonder if Mervyn carried out his fellow gov’t VIPz dirty work under the table which seems to be the only possible reason for their silence.

The newest incident is the attack on Rupavahini’s library Assistant Director Mrs. Ranjani Herath Aluthge and still the fact remains that Mervyn’s untouchable. My question is what’s our dear president (who appointed Bandula Gunawardene as the Consumer Affairs minister) is planning on doing about Mervyn Silva..
