been fa a few lately..So I too was thinking bout what they might ask me..I of course din bother to go through books that taught you what to say buhh hell if it works I’ll recommend y’all a few aite..

Also I’ll list a couple of questions they might ask you.

01.How did you submit your CV?
Say how you sent your CV to them..through one of your friends, email, online submission, post or wateva

02.How did you find out about us?
Make sure to tell them about your friend who works at the company(only if) so that it’ll earn him some credit.

03.Why Us?(any particular company)
This is a trick question. Even though you know nothing bout it just pretend that you do and say something good about the company..works most of the time If you’re just enterin the job market say “first of all I need to start my carrer and I think this particular sector(Banking for instance) is the best to start with” n so on. then go bak to the first part.

04.Anyone you know in the company?
Give a list of ya relatives namez n positions working in the company no matter which branch or office they’re in..Do not and I repeat do not say nething about a screw up relative you’ve got in that company no matter how many times you wonder how that person moved to the top with an attitude like that

05.Say something about yourself
Don’t start with my name is so and so..Start with where you went to school, higher education(college life) and a lil bit of the real you.

06.Tell us about any particular scenario you faced and how you tackled the obstacles o something like that..(courtesy of Maduranga Perera IIT)
Go on about how you organized a particular event in ya school dayz..that’s the easiest crap to load ‘em with or say something else if nethin even better comez to ya mind

07.They might give a particular scenario to a group of y’all and just watch
What they’re trying to catch here is ya group wrkn n communication skillz..They’d also note the different approcaches you use to tackle the situation..Just express your ideas with the group and you’ll survive..

08.Do you mind working outstation?
haha..u gotta be kidding me..yahh rite don’t say that.. One answer that might satisty them is “Yes of course, but if I have a choice I’d choose someplace close to my hometown”. Then they’ll go on about how they’re only a few vacancies opened in the main cities n stuff. Keep in mind that if you say “Yes” to this question they might send you further up,down or east frm colombo definitely given that you’ve managed to get the job somehow..
